Airtime Watertime® products are fully warranted against defects in materials and workmanship with a limited one-year guarantee from the date of purchase. If your product fails due to a manufacturing defect Airtime Watertime® will repair it without charge, or replace it, at our discretion. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, misuse, improper care and cleaning, negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of colors and materials over extended time and use. Damage not covered under warranty may be repaired for a reasonable rate and a fee will be charged for return shipping. Please see www.airtimewatertime.com for proper care instructions.

The products eligible for warranty are covered to the original owner. For warranty evaluation, your product must be returned directly to Airtime Watertime® Warranty Department, 114 E. Haley St. Suite #P, Santa Barbara, CA 93101 USA. All shipping to Airtime Watertime® must be pre-paid and insured. Airtime Watertime® cannot be liable for lost in-bound packages. California State law requires that products accepted for repair be clean. Charges will be assessed if cleaning is necessary or product may be returned to you if it cannot be adequately cleaned.
